Some things you have control over, like the
condition of the house and the price. While some, you don’t, like the age of

A house in good condition will sell a lot
faster than a house that is in serious need of repairs. You see, a buyer wants
a house that is move-in ready. It’s really worth so much knowing that you can
live in a home immediately after you buy it.
Next thing to consider is the price. An
overpriced home will get scoffed at and ignored completely by any serious

possible to market your home. A good agent will use social media, the Internet,
word-of-mouth, and existing contacts with previous clients and other agents to
get your home as many offers in the least amount of time.
